In our home group, each member presented on their own topic which was discussed in our expert group. We learned from each other, asked questions and clarified our doubts from which we are able to learn more and understand better. I came to know the concept of Inductive teaching under which there were two types of teaching. After that we talked about some proposes of Inductive teaching. When we came to the topic ‘Procedural steps of Inductive teaching/learning strategy’, it was quite confusing and I had a hard time understanding it. It was because there were many phases under this topic. But somehow after asking questions and all, I understood it better. I also understood what a teacher should be like and the role of a teacher. Lastly we talked about the merits and demerits of the strategy.
